Today I saw a website that dealt with treatments of BDD. I found one interesting method that I had yet to hear of. A home study cd program called Vanquish Fear and Anxiety was being advertised. Apparentley, this program teaches you how to control your emotions and five steps to confidence, calm, and happiness. What I found to be interesting was the claim that this product can relieve a patient of their disease in just 24 hours! This product also claimed to know about secrets that doctors dont even know about how fears and phobias actually work. Clearly this product is a scam and absolutely ridiculous. It's really pathetic to see that some people are actually trying to manipulate and make money off of individuals who have a serious, life threatening disease.

Not everyone is successful, of course, but we have been featured on CNN, ABC News, NBC, the list goes on.
If you study how the human mind creates the 'wiring' that causes fears and phobia is often formed in just a few seconds - minutes at most.
An example is that a child is bitten by a dog and develops a phobia. It takes seconds for the 'treatment' that forms the phobic wiring.
The good news is that since some incredible work was done at the University of California in the 1970s we have techniques that can 'undo' the wiring nearly as quickly.

This program is not useful at all, dont buy it.I spend nearly 300$ on it and with no result. Both methods they taught Ancoring and time line therapy are pointless and useless. THERE IS A VERY VERY TEDIOUS WAY WHEN YOU WANT TO REFUND AND REBATE AS THEY PROMISED. AND IN THE END NO REDUND AND REBATE AT ALL. SCAM!
